Private Fees

Many families choose to pay privately for speech pathology, especially when they want to get started straight away. Private payment gives you flexibility and doesn't require a referral.

Medicare Rebates

Some families may be eligible for a Medicare rebate through a GP's Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM). This gives access to a limited number of rebated allied health sessions each calendar year.

NDIS Funding

If your child has an NDIS plan, speech pathology may be funded under Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living. We work with self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed participants.

Private Health Insurance

Some private health insurance policies include speech pathology under Extras cover. The amount you can claim depends on your insurer and your level of cover.
