Initial Phone Call
You choose a time that suits you (often in school hours or early evening).
A clinician or intake team member calls you, not a call centre.
We ask a few simple questions about your child’s age, strengths and challenges.
You can ask anything, no such thing as a silly question.
Together we decide whether an assessment or “watch and wait with strategies” is the best next step.
