''Life is coming from you, not at you'' - William Ernest

I founded Speak Wonders because I’ve always been drawn to how communication shapes a child’s confidence, relationships, and sense of self. Working in paediatric speech pathology across Westmead and Western Sydney lets me partner closely with families to create practical, playful, and meaningful goals that fit real life, whether that’s in the clinic, at home, or online. I’m especially passionate about neuro‑affirming practice, keeping caseloads intentionally small, and collaborating with parents so therapy feels supportive and truly tailored to each child.

As the owner, I love building a team culture where every child is seen as a whole person and every family feels heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. I enjoy mentoring the team and continually refining the way we do therapy so it stays warm, evidence‑informed, and family‑centred. Outside of work, I recharge with simple comforts and probably relate most to an anime‑style cat: curious, a little playful, and happiest in cosy, comfortable spaces

''All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them'' - Walt Disney

I grew up selectively mute with significant speech sound challenges, so I know firsthand how it feels when your voice doesn’t quite reach the world. Years of speech therapy helped me communicate with confidence, which opened doors into management and consultancy roles building teams and leading projects and ultimately inspired me to create Speak Wonders, where that same level of care and strategy now supports children and families.

At Speak Wonders, I draw on both my lived experience and my background in building teams to create a clinic where families are known by name, caseloads stay intentionally small, and therapy is warm, practical, and tailored to real life at home, school, and in the community. Outside of work, you’ll often find me playing tennis, heading out on bush walks, or at home spoiling my cat and I relate most to a capybara: calm, easygoing, and happiest when I’m surrounded by my favourite people (and animals).

''Its not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters'' - Epictetus

I’m a Therapy Assistant and Admin at Speak Wonders, and I joined the team because I’m really curious about speech pathology and love learning directly from experienced speechies. Being part of the process as kids find their voice and grow in confidence is one of my favourite parts of the job.

I'm all about making sessions feel fun, welcoming, and low-pressure. I enjoy getting to know each child and their family, and I love working together with parents and therapists so we’re all on the same page and the child feels fully supported.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on a pickleball court, in the kitchen baking something sweet, or at home spoiling my cat and dog. I relate a lot to Winnie the Pooh,  warm, easygoing, and happiest enjoying the simple things in life (especially dessert!).

''When we strive to become better, everything around us becomes better too'' - The Alchemist

I chose speech pathology because I’ve always loved helping others, and supporting people to communicate feels incredibly meaningful. I believe communication is a human right, and I want to help ensure everyone has a way to express themselves. What I enjoy most about working with children and families is the connection we build over time and the privilege of seeing therapy make a real difference in their everyday lives.

Collaboration is at the heart of how I work, because no one knows a child better than their family, so it’s essential that we’re always working together. I love being part of the Speak Wonders team, where everyone is genuinely caring and dedicated. Outside of work, I enjoy going on long bush walks with my dog, getting lost in a good book, and ice skating, and I’d probably say I relate most to a Fox, mainly because I really love sleep.

'' Never say never because limits, like fears, are often just illusions'' - Michael Jordan

As a paediatric speech pathologist at Speak Wonders, I feel incredibly lucky to spend my days helping children find their voice and feel proud of how they communicate. I love figuring out what makes each child light up, whether that’s games, stories, or silly jokes, and turning goals into activities that feel more like play than “work”. For me, the best part is seeing families notice those small but powerful shifts at home, preschool, or school and knowing we’ve created those changes together.

When I work with families, I want them to feel listened to, supported, and never rushed, so we can problem‑solve as a team and celebrate every win, big or small. Outside the clinic, I’m usually outdoors at the gym, playing sport, or planning my next travel adventure. My animal match would have to be a pig: curious, food‑motivated, and happiest when life includes plenty of good company, movement, and fun.
